DQR Alpha02

Dungeon Quest Rescue Alpha 0.2 - this is a test build including all 3 WIP levels to give people an experience of what the project is like to play. Development build console is enabled. I can already see some things that are missing and need fixes  :D

Improvements in combat need to be made, at the moment its fairly frustrating to land a hit, it needs a lot of tuning.
